Return and Refund Policy

At California Square Foot Flooring Inc., customer satisfaction is a priority. We stand by the quality of our products and services, but we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

• Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
• Custom or special-order products, including custom-cut materials, non-stock items, and clearance or discounted products, are non-returnable.
• Installed or partially installed products are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cafloors.net or call (714 467 - 0774 within the return period.
• Approved returns must be delivered to our store at 12862 Garden Grove Blvd Unit D Garden Grove, CA  92843 United States, or we can arrange for pickup for an additional fee.

• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the whole invoice to cover handling and restocking costs.

• Refunds will be issued once the returned products are inspected and approved by our team.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, the return will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Custom flooring orders
• Clearance and discounted products
• Installation services (labor charges)
• Adhesives, trims, and accessories once opened

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 15% cancellation fee, especially if the product has already been ordered or prepared for delivery.

For issues related to product defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us directly. We will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
