We strive to provide high-quality flooring products and services, but we understand that returns and exchanges may occasionally be necessary. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 daysof purchase.
- Custom or special-order products, including custom-cut materials, non-stock items, and clearance or discounted products, are non-returnable.
- Installed or partially installed products are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement or store credit.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cafloors.net or call (714) 467-0774 within the return period.
- Once the return is approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
- You may deliver the product to our store at 12862 Garden Grove Blvd Unit D, Garden Grove, CA 92843.
- If you are unable to deliver the product in person, we can arrange for pickup for an additional fee.
- Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for returns damaged in transit.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total invoice amount to cover handling and restocking costs.
- If an incorrect product was delivered due to our error, the restocking fee will be waived.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued once the returned products are inspected and approved by our team.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, the return will be denied, and no refund will be issued.
- Store credit may be offered in cases where a full refund is not possible. Store credit must be used within 12 months of issue.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom flooring orders
- Clearance and discounted products
- Installation services (labor charges)
- Adhesives, trims, and accessories once opened
- Products that have been modified, altered, or cut to size
- Bulk or contractor purchases exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. unless explicitly stated otherwise in the purchase agreement.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 15% cancellation fee, especially if the product has already been ordered or prepared for delivery.
- Special orders and custom flooring cannot be canceled once production has begun.
7. Warranty Claims
For issues related to product defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us directly. We will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
- Warranty claims may require proof of proper installation and maintenance.
- Warranty claims do not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
- Photographic evidence may be required to process warranty claims.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
- If an exchange is due to a shipping or order error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs and expedite the replacement.
9. Special Considerations
- If an incorrect product was delivered due to our error, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Products damaged during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product and quantity are received before scheduling installation. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to installation delays caused by incorrect orders.
- Bulk orders and contractor purchases may have different return policies. Please consult with a sales representative for details.
